Residents enjoy Bible study, music, and pet therapy. The average age of our residents is 75.

We offer in house therapy with Legacy Healthcare to keep our residents strong and active. Our Activities Director provides interactive activities and includes the community in the events and programs.

Woodland Ridge provides fine dining with Southern flair. Residents enjoy the meals and are able to request alternatives for lunch and dinner.
What safety features or security measures does Woodland Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care offer to assisted living residents?
Our front doors are locked during non-business hours and a doorbell is used for access. The Memory Care is secured with key codes for secure access. Residents are unable to exit the building without assistance or staff notification.
How does Woodland Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care keep residents' families informed about their loved ones?
Emails are provided by our Executive Director of changes, updated Covid protocols, and exciting news. Our website provides our Calendar of events. Families can receive the monthly newsletter via email.
What is the care staff-to-resident ratio at Woodland Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care during daytime and nighttime hours?
Care staff ration is 12:1 for Assisted Living and 8:1 in Memory Care.
If Woodland Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care accepts dogs or cats, what indoor/outdoor areas can they enjoy?
We are a dog friendly community with 3 community dogs. We allow families to visit with their pets in their rooms and the outdoor areas.
What ongoing senior care training does the staff receive?
Our parent company Caravita offers training to our staff for CPR, dementia, etc. In house management provides in-services to the staff as needed.
