The facility does not feel like a facility but a warm home. Our mom was in another facility prior to her time with Green Park. There is no comparison to the level of care she received at Green Park. "I visited this community and it was very clean and decorated. I visited during meal service and was ablt to meet the Director of Dining, Chef Beverly. She was very considerate and knowledgeable in explaining the various diets they offer and how their meal program works. I had a sample plae and it was enjoyable. The staff was super friendly and everyone was so positive."

"It was a little farther away from my house. It was a nice place, but it wasn’t a good fit for my dad. He is not to the point that he needs as much as they provide. If I felt like someone I knew that it was the type of place they were looking for, I would recommend it. I felt like the staff was kind, and it would be a safe place. "

"The Fountains in Cartersville is lovely. It is a wonderful facility, and it would be good for my dad when the time comes for him. He is still in very good condition. It would not be appropriate for my mother because they don't allow restraints or bedrails. Even in memory care, there were no restraints, and I knew immediately that would not work for my mother. The rooms were spacious and very tastefully done. They were bright, and there were no dull, depressing colors. They were spotlessly clean, with just an uplifting ambiance to each room. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The dining room was lovely."

"My mom is now at Holly House. It has been an awesome experience. Five minutes after we got there, she ditched the wheelchair and she started walking again. She got some independence. They help her with the issues that she needs. It could not have been a better process. The gentleman who showed me the different places was amazing. It was home-run basically. It stood out way, way above the rest. The food smells good, and my mom has no complaints. The staff knows her well. She knows what my mom can eat and what she likes and they cook everything there, so it is amazing. The staff has been fantastic. The place is sparkling clean, and it fits my mom's needs. They actually moved her to a bigger room when they had a chance. She now has an access to a bathroom off of her room. They're going above and beyond to try to help her. I highly recommend this place."

"The staff, owners, and residents are wonderful. My husband and I were residents their two years ago after a health issue. The care my husband received was amazing and enabled us to return home. We are now in the process of moving back in permanently and love that almost all of the employees are still there and remember us. It makes the transition so much easier to already know the staff and so many of the residents."

The staff appeared to care. They were preparing lunch when I arrived. The food looked okay and looked healthy."
