I toured Ashlynn Ridge 55+ Apartments. It's a newer community that has a lot of activities for seniors. It has a lot of help with the subsidies that they get to keep the cost of the place down for the residents. It's much cheaper than the usual senior living place and very cost-effective. Everyone seemed very friendly, but they didn't have openings for new residents. They have the option for the dining area or they can cook their own, it depends on what they want. The units are nice and new.

The activities here in Ashlynn Ridge 55+ Apartments are good. We have a pavilion in the back with a barbecue grill, swings, and a koi pond. We also have a gym, a theater room, and a beauty salon. It's just that when it comes to the rent and stuff (I've been here for a few months), they are raising the rent already.
