We visited Sterling Estates of West Cobb and we like it. It is over 30 acres, and it's a distance away from our church, friends, or companions, but it is about $1000 less expensive. They have a multiple numbers of independent living cottages. Generally, they're almost all 2-story. That is one family or one couple living above another couple in each of the cottages. They have some single-story cottages. They have a 2-story where the upper level can be used for either a study or another guestroom of some sort. They do have all the masters on Main. The kitchens, dining areas, and living areas are very open. They all have gas fireplaces in them. Each of the apartments has a single garage except the singles. A single person or single couple places has a 2-car garage. They vary in expense, from around $6900 down to $5900, something like that per month. That includes a meal a day, either lunch or dinner. In this facility, we were invited back to meet with a couple that lives there and meets with another couple who were also looking at the same place. So, all six of us had lunch there. It was a very good lunch, salmon. We thoroughly enjoy the camaraderie; the enthusiasm of the couple that live there was well thought out. I think they have a fantastic facility. They have an outside garden plot. They have a physical and have water aerobics pool where you can do some laps.

Sterling Estates of West Cobb was nice, new, and expensive. We looked at the one-bedroom apartment and a bungalow. The one-bedroom was very austere. The bungalow was nice but didn’t have a warm feeling. They had a pool, an exercise area, and a nice restaurant.

We were very impressed with Sterling Estates of West Cobb. We liked everything about it. The only challenge was the only available apartments were a considerable distance from the eating area and the mobility was an issue for my mom. It was a brand new place and it looked lovely. They had a pool and a nice exercise room.
