Saheli Personal Care was very nice. I was very impressed with the administrator. A handicapped person could not use the bathroom on the first floor. They had a regular tub in there, but they wouldn't be able to get in there. They have a room upstairs that she would have to go up on a chair lift to get to. She is in a motorized chair and every time she needed to use the bathroom she would have to head upstairs, and that would not not work. If you come down from upstairs during the day and you can't go back to your room after lunch or anything. You have to have someone help you get on this thing and she wouldn't even have a chair upstairs. It just didn't work. I would say the facility is a three for handicapped people. It is not really adapted for handicapped people or people with ambulatory problems. The rooms seemed to be very spacious.

Warm Hearts

My Mother has been attending Saheli since 2017. The staff showers her with so much love and attention as if she were their Grandmother. My Mom is treated with dignity and respect 24/7. The home is always clean and smells fresh. Mom is alwasy clean and very talkative, telling me how she loves all the staff. It is very hard to get Mom out of the house when she is there as a day client, she starts singing to them when they first open the door and gets loads of hugs and kisses. If the staff notices something different about Mother's behavior they call the family immediately. I do not worry about Mother in the care of Saheli which is a comforting feeling when you place you most precious love one in the care of someone else. Thank God for Saheli Personal Care. They are God sent.

Saheli staff are the most caring, loving and efficient care takers I have ever experience for my mother. I had her at two previous facilities and she always had UTI's, falling etc. My mother has improved 180 degrees since being at Saheli due to one-on-one and two-on-one care and staying on top of things.

I’m very pleased with the staff of Saheli. They’re very attentive and responsive. My mom has been there for a week, and I’m happy with it. She’s much more alert and talkative. It’s a very nice home; it’s large and very well appointed.
