Rooms aren't biggest but cozy. Staff a dream amenities aren't as advertised. Even saw one staff intentionally overlook some needing assistance.

I went to Heartis Fayetteville. It was an excellent tour. It was very welcoming. The staff was accommodating. The visit to the apartments was good, and I was pleased with the apartments. The upkeep of the whole place was very inviting. They have different activities. They take them on tours. One that caught my eye was that they take them to the casino, and that is something that my dad likes. They give them two meals a day, which is good. I also like the fact that the apartments come with a full kitchen, so that they have the ability to cook some of their own food if they want. I was able to meet the chef, and they talked about some of the meals that they served, but I wasn't able to have anything.

I toured Heartis Fayetteville. The person who did the tour was exceptional. They offer weekly, you could say, almost like field trips or something. They take the individuals out, and I guess they don't drive even though they are independent. The overall pricing was just too extreme because it was like some buy-in fee of like $4,000, and then it was like $4,500 a month for the one studio that they showed me, and I thought that I needed to pay $8,000 just to get in here, just up front and I thought that was a little extreme. She showed me a studio apartment. It was a nice-sized studio. It was clean. Leading up to the studio were the hallways, and everything was clean. The maintenance people were constantly out there working and cleaning up. I saw the cafeteria, and she showed me the menu, and it looked like they provided pretty nice food. That place also had a workout facility, but the price was steep.

The people at Heartis Fayetteville were quite friendly. The location is one reason why I chose them because I would be near my family. The staff was friendly. Regarding the size of the room there, I could use a larger space, but I'm going to be able to manage with what I have. Their room is adequate. The facility itself was very well kept at the time I visited them. The dining area was nice, and the people there seemed to be enjoying the food.

Heartis Fayetteville's independent living is very nice and they always keep it clean. When I go in there, they have a lot of activities for the seniors and everybody always looks very happy. My father's room is spacious and has a balcony. It's kept very well and the activities are good. They have a pool table, which is great, and they even have a game night. They also have a swimming pool. It is kind of expensive but from what I'm hearing, all senior apartments are.

Heartis Fayetteville was extremely well kept, maintained, and the layout was just excellent with all the programs that they were offering for seniors. We were very impressed with the spaciousness and the living accommodations that the seniors would have while they still maintain that level of respectability and make a transition from independent living to assisted living at any level. The staffing, the actual floor of how people moved around, the available programs, and their facilities were exceptional. There was a director by the name of Annie. She was exceptional in every way, in the way she greeted us, the way she toured us to the facility, and meeting the various staff people that provided support/aid and assistance to the residents. It was just amazing how caring they all were and many of the staff that we had were very spontaneous. Their response was just so warm, caring, and welcoming. The outdoors was just as welcoming and warm as inside. The garden area was superb. The community was just so refreshing to know that that level of care was available and out there.
