My daughter-in-law went with me, and we visited. It is within two miles of our house, which has a lot of appeal. Annie was the one who took us around. She was very friendly and outgoing, gave a good explanation of the care and the facility, and gave us a tour. It was impressive. It is a separate building from the rest of the assisted living apartments, which was helpful to know that there was no interaction between them. It was the most expensive of the three I toured, but it was probably within the range of what I expected this kind of care would require. It looked like they had a lot of variety in their food and activities, and they don't really want the residents to spend their day in the bedroom. They need to be out and mixing with the rest of the group. You have a choice of a studio or a one-bedroom, where there is a bathroom between two of the rooms. They would share, but they would have their shower time scheduled on different days, so there was still a lot of privacy.
