"I went to The Gardenias Senior Living for my mom. It was very nice. The residents were eating lunch at the time, so they were all out and about. The staff was friendly. It seemed very clean. They had lots of activities, and they even have a hair salon and barber shop, so it's very nice."

"I visited the Governor's Glen Memory Care Community. It was well-kept. The workers were friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable about the care that they offer. The dining area was clean. They offered three meals a day with snacks. They have games that they play, and they have a recreation room with TV accommodations."

"We like Beehive Homes of Stockbridge Memory Care. It was very clean. The lady who showed us around was very informative and answered our questions. I saw her in action with some of the clients there and she was very patient with them. We like the way the rooms were set up and we like her personality and the care that she showed the patients. There were a couple of things I didn't like though. I didn't like the distance that I had to walk. You can't pull up right up close to the front, so if you have elderly people, it makes it hard to get them in and out. It was all clean, and I didn't see anything wrong with that. It's just the convenience of getting to the front door. I just feel like you need to be able to pull closer than we were able to. With regards to amenities, they serve three meals, and they have a courtyard."

"The rooms at Brookdale Newnan were clean and neat. Everything seemed fine. They had activities, like bingo, cards, and worship service. The people who I encountered were friendly and kind."

"My wife moved to Oaks at Eagles Landing. It's a very nice establishment. It's very clean. It's fairly new. The staff seem to be very receptive to my wife's needs. We've helped her adjust to it. I get to stay there with her, and also I get to bring our dog. The staff was fantastic. They are great. I've been very happy with them. The food tastes good. My wife likes it, but for me, it tastes bland. I need some salt. They do keep her active. She goes out to lunch sometimes and they try to keep them as involved as possible. She does get involved. The value, it's expensive, but it's worth it."

"Oaks at Stockbridge was very nice. I like it a lot. The people were very friendly. They answered all my questions. I saw two rooms. The one-room I saw was like a double room for two people. It had like a semi-wall. It wasn't like in a hospital where beds were beside each other; it was separated with this kind of half wall, and I liked that. There were some ladies playing bridge, and there was a card game going on. There were things that I thought my husband might be interested in. The person that took me was extremely nice, and I like that place. They have housekeeping, they have a library, they have a large activity room, and there is a coffee bar. There was an activity room where the residents were making something. It looked like they had some volunteers in there who were helping them. They were making something in the activity room. Outside, there were some benches. Inside, there was a large gathering area with couches and chairs. It looked very comfortable. Plus, they had had seasonal things around in there, too. The place was extremely well kept. The staff was very nice. I met two people. I went back a second time. They were extremely forthcoming with answering any questions I had. If I had to pick a place, if it wasn't for other circumstances where I felt I need to bring home, that probably would have been the place I would have picked for my husband. They greeted me at the door. I had an appointment, so they knew I was coming. They were very nice people. I could see my husband sitting in there."

"My mom moved into Allegiance Personal Care Memory Care. The owner is very attentive. She keeps us updated constantly. I feel that my mom is very safe and well cared for. The owner is absolutely wonderful. The staff members are caring and attentive. They have just gotten to know my mom so well, and I really appreciate their attention to her and keeping her safe. They are just doing a great job. They have very simple food, but I think it's appropriate for their age. The owner helped me get some supplements for my mom, and that has worked out really well. It is an older home, but it is perfectly clean. They had music therapy last week, where someone came in and did music with them. They have story time. They have activities."

"My cousin is in Summerset. It's very clean, neat, and tidy. The staff is very nice, compassionate, and courteous. She has a nice, comfortable, homey room. She seems to be happy. They have a lot of things going on, like dances, church, and eating together. The food looked healthy and good."

"K & W Care Homes was a very nice facility. The owners were healthcare professionals, so you could tell that they care. The residents expressed how much they appreciate staying there and that the level of care that they received was very good. They had rooms that were shared and then they had private rooms, and they were all very clean. And then they had areas for social gatherings. They also had a beautiful deck so that their residents could sit outside. The staff that we met during the tour was very informative."

"I visited this community and it was very clean and decorated. I visited during meal service and was ablt to meet the Director of Dining, Chef Beverly. She was very considerate and knowledgeable in explaining the various diets they offer and how their meal program works. I had a sample plae and it was enjoyable. The staff was super friendly and everyone was so positive."

"Medlock Gardens was very nice. I met with the business manager there, Deidre. When I arrived, all the staff was very friendly and very welcoming. The facility was very pretty. It was fresh and clean. It didn't have any odors or anything. It was well-kept. The young lady that assisted me on the tour was very patient. She was very resourceful. She had a wealth of information. She described and showed me everything. I didn't have an opportunity to try the food, but they did invite me back at a later date when I had more time if I wanted to. The dining area looked very nice. The residents that I did see were of varying ages, but they looked happy from what I could see. Dinner and a Movie is one of the recreational activities when I did the tour, so I thought that was very nice. It was very intimate and inviting. It had a nice, homey feel."

"I have visited friends who staid in Montclair. They praised the staff, and the food. The place was always clean and a staff member would bring furniture and pictures from their condo. If I need much help in the future, I will move to Montclair."

"I visited Woodland Ridge Assisted Living & Memory Care. They offer hair appointments, there's a cafeteria, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there are common areas for sitting. There are planned activities, and they have bingo. They also have a bus that runs a schedule that will take you to the grocery store and things like that. They offer laundry services for a separate fee. I was completely fine with that facility. It was my mother that didn't want to move. The staff was very informative and friendly. I saw them interact with the residents. We did talk to a couple of the residents who said that the food was very good, and we were able to view the menu of what they were having daily. The residents are required to go to the cafeteria to eat. They're not allowed to bring the food from the cafeteria to the rooms. I saw three rooms for a single person category. They were all very well-maintained, clean, and very nice rooms. You could see the view from inside the building. Some of the apartments overlooked the common sitting area. It had benches and nice landscaping. It was a clean facility. It had live-in support, a small dog that the residents all interacted with. You could tell they all knew and loved the dog."
