My sister moved into the facility this week and the staff was extremely efficient at understanding my sisters special needs. The building inside and outside is kept immaculate. The WIFI is a good quality.

August 2020 and my mother is beginning her third year at Mayfield Oaks. This is the place that she literally calls "home." Helen and Jim and the staff are very much her family too. Mayfield Oaks is an answer to prayer. I never worry about my mother's care- which used to be the source of many sleepless nights before her move here. The commitment to the residents is amazing. Home cooked meals, bird feeders outside each room, birthday recognition for the residents, special events for holidays...the list goes on for the above and beyond environment which is Mayfield Oaks.

We ended up choosing Mayfield Oaks Senior Living for Mom's respite care, and it worked out really well for her. When it's time for her to go in full time, that's where she's going to go. It's a place that we drive by every day. It's really convenient for my son and my daughter to get there to visit her while we were gone. It's very small and very homey. They had some movies, played cards, had a yoga class, and lectures wherein somebody would come in and talk about different things. They had a couple of dogs visit, which she liked a lot, and they do art. She keeps to herself a lot, but she did participate in some of those things. Mainly, it was the communication with other residents at lunch, breakfast, and dinner that she enjoyed.
