interactions with the staff, My mom has a house in this place she bouth the house 4 years ago and since day one Karen has been there bove and beyond in every aspect not only as a sales person but now as a admind person I am so glad that she still with the company. now that they are in the process of installing a new gate I sent many email and Karen has been responding all my questions, Not only did she answer ‘every stupid question,’ she did so with humility. It shows that she value us and care about our needs, also I think that having a new gate with so many restriction to obtain the cards It shows corporate responsibility with their residents and that the company truly cares about its residents I am very happy that my mom is part of this community.

BE INFORMED BEGORE YOU BUY HERE! This is supposed to be a senior community but the place is filled with kids. They are currently the lesser of the issues like drug homes, shootings, swat standoffs! No security, our gated community has a gate that hasn’t worked in almost 3 years. Management is useless but you can be sure you’ll get your rent increase on time every year! I’ve been here 6 years and have grime from $527 a month to now over $850. If you’re just moving in you’ll be closer to $1000. I’d expect a lot more for shelling out that cash!!

We had a drug related shooting here on 8/18/22. Multiple gunshots, a neighbors home received bullets clear through his home. This is NOT a safe place f seniors. Management considered this incident isolated even though that resident has had 37 police calls and a 3 hour swat raid so that felony convicted resident still gets to live here. Be warned! Find somewhere else to move to.

I have lived here for over 30 years my neighbors around me are good they're quiet it's a nice area for where I live I can't say that for the entire park because it's about 800 homes in here and I hear horror stories in the back section of the property anyhow the management of the property doesn't seem to care about letting us know in advance of any activities for example this week they had a food a taco truck in the back of the park and the robocall did not go out until 45 minutes after the start time so we had no notice that the food truck was going to be here and the notice we got was 45 minutes after the truck arrived so where's the preparation how would they think that we can just run down there with no notice I'm not happy about that this is not the first time that the part employees didn't notice until after it starts I bet you all the employees were down there eating for free though I just wish they'd Park employees and management were more diligent on their end when it comes to notices about these type of activities especially for free food there's a lot of people in here that can barely afford the high cost of rent here and would have benefited by going down there we just needed a day's notice that would been the least thing they could have done

mostly Spanish speaking residents. lived there three years. One amenity, the back pool. Front pool is for the ducks. Little to no maintenance. Water is turned off often. Security is non existing. Only 28 minutes to parks. Karen in the office is a sweetheart.

Really look into weather you want to live here or not. They change Managers ALL the time. And this last one is the worst. She is extremely rude, doesn’t allow you to speak because she talks over you. Not helped at all. When you tell them there is an issue in your rental unit prepare to wait Months to get it fixed.

This is the worst place to live in, be warned ! the rent is over 600.00 a month on a small single wide that you own!!! , and they don't offer no pest control, the place is infested with roaches and spiders and snakes, and yet the rent keeps going up, and they tell you its your responsibility.

Most people are friendly and office personal seem to be trying hard to keep this place from getting trashy. But people are being driven away by skyrocketing lot rent rates. You buy a home but beware ,, you will be paying close to 600 a month to rent space. No utilities included. Sadly it has more people leaving now then ever. Check with residents before you commit. And check ALL monthly costs, not what they advertise. Good luck.

It ia a very nice community for 55 and older people. Anyone who owns the trailer home must be 55 or older. My parents lived there but moved out recently after my mothers passing. My father now lives with my sister. Anyway the park is really nice and has security on golf carts patrolling. In the front is an activity center with a pool and a very nice cookout area. It is not a gated community which lowers the security level, in my eyes anyway. The streets have speed humps to keep cars going slow. I often see many people just taking walks. This tells me that most people feel very secure. Some of the trailers there are old...Grandfathered in so to speak. When these people in older trailers move out , the new people must buy a new trailer. It keeps up the attractiveness of the park. Some of the areas in the park are county maintained so it keeps the lot rent low. All in all I thought it was a nice place for my parents to live.
