My sister moved to the memory care facility. She seems to be doing really well. I have family members who visited, and they said they haven't seen her look so peaceful as she is right now. Everybody is nice and polite, and it's clean. She just seems like she's really having fun there and is able to move and not just sit around. At home, she's always by herself a lot, but now she's with a bunch of people, and she really seems like she fits in and gets along with everybody. Every time I call, I have never had a problem with anyone. They take care of my questions quickly, and they even worked with me on the price a little bit. I'm still getting her things together in the room, and they're working with me. I looked them up at first, and they had their old name before, and it wasn't too good, but compared to what I see now, they're a lot better. Whoever took over, they did a great job of getting that place back to where it should be. It's really clean and looks very organized. Her bed was made. The old place she was at before, her bed was never made. They helped me, and it was cheaper than anywhere else. A couple of places I called didn't seem to want to help me the way they did, and they gave me a good price.

Superior Residences of Cala Hills was in the city and it's very nice looking. The staff was very happy and very pleasant. They showed me everything they had there. The courtyard was pretty. They also had a dining room and a garden. It's in a good and safe location. It's near everything. Just that I wasn't there long enough to do more. I was only there for about 10 minutes.

We went on a short tour of Superior Residences of Cala Hills. It seemed to be adequate. The rooms were a little smaller. We weren't quite as impressed with the layout and the size of the room there. They showed us a studio. We saw their dining room and it looked adequate. At the time we were there, there wasn't anything going on. The staff were very good.

Superior Residences of Cala Hills had a welcome sign when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The staff and the residents seemed very engaged. They had someone come in that would do a salon kind of thing for the residents. The whole facility looked very welcoming.
