Not your regular ALF... I visited Vida Holistica and was so impressed by the cleanliness and the staff. This is truly a home away from home. My parents were both very happy with how much they ensured their happiness. I’m grateful for all their help. We highly recommend this ALF for your family.

Vida Holistica ALF is an Assisted Living Facility newly renovated and glamorously decorated in the heart of Westchester in Miami. Centrally located, close to Baptist hospital, south Miami Hospital and close to major expressways. We offer holistic, compassionate and individualized care, depending on your current healthcare needs and lifestyle preferences. Our mission is to enrich the aging experience by providing opportunities for healthy and purposeful living. All of the meals and menus are approved by a registered nutritional dietician and are personalized to meet the resident’s dietary needs, including special meals for diabetics heart disease and other health conditions. Assistance with medication administration and monitoring. Trained caring and compassionate AHCA-screened caregivers available 24/7 days a week. Laundry and linen service. Entire facility with Hurricane impact windows and fully functional generator. Absolutely the most incredible ALF with an amazing staff that is loving and caring. The home is new and very very clean. No prepackaged meals, everything fresh. We had an amazing experience and appreciate how kind they were considering our situation.
