Seasons Gardens in Miami is a very nice assisted living place, and they keep it very clean. They also keep their seniors active. They're not in bed at all during the day. They're constantly out of bed. They do different activities with them, like drawing and dancing. That's basically what seniors need. Sometimes with people at home, they just sit with them and watch TV. In Seasons Gardens, they have activities. They do watch a little bit of TV, but not like the whole day. There is some staff that is really caring. You can tell that they're there for the residents. There are some that are not that caring. I've seen both sides, but I know that nothing is perfect. They're very good at communicating with me. They send me pictures of things that my mom is doing there. They serve healthy food, and they have their own kitchen there. The food is made there, and it's made healthy. She's in a shared room, but she doesn't have a roommate right now. They clean the room every day. They have a big room where they have all the activities. If somebody needs a haircut, they also do their haircut there once a month. They have volunteers that come and do their nails as part of their activities. They have a lot of very nice areas outside with comfortable furniture. It has lots of trees and wind chimes. It's very beautiful, and they keep it nice. The only thing I've seen that I didn't like and they have to be on top of would be my mom not wanting to take showers. They are constantly asking if she wants to take a shower and, of course she's going to say no. She goes a week without taking a shower or I have to tell them to change her linens. It took two weeks for them to change her linens, and that's because I opened my mouth. Those are the only downfalls that I've seen, but I also know that my mom is very difficult.

My father is at Seasons Gardens Senior Residence (Formerly Floridian Gardens). Here in Florida all the homes are closed because of the pandemic. Communication is by phone via Skype. The staff is not that good. They should improve their communication with the family. Sometimes, they don't answer the phone or the person who answers the phone doesn't know anything about the resident.

My mother is in Floridian Gardens. It is a very clean place. The nurses are very nice. The food is good. We are happy with the place. I like that there are a lot of people, and they are always very happy. They have some kind of activities like they bring in pianist, they do karaoke, and they dance. They keep the patients active all the time.

My father is in Floridian Gardens, and I am very happy and impressed by them. The staff is very professional, very caring, and very concerned. I don't have anything bad to say about them. They're amazing, very hands-on, and definitely on top when it comes to medications and making sure they're eating the right food. They have a lot of activities and are very in-tune with what's going on as well as with family members. They're very attentive and very professional.

The room was dark and small at Floridian Gardens Assisted Living. The windows looked out to a dry garden. They did not have any emergency button. The staff was helpful. The manager was very positive. She knew what she was doing. I think they need to improve the landscape.

My son is at Floridian Gardens, and he really picked this place as it was close to me and to the house. It looks very clean. They’re not finished with their gym because it’s kind of new, but they play music. The cleanliness really impressed me.
