I chose Yan Yan Healthcare because of the kindness and accommodations presented by the owner. I think overall, they were very concerned about their patients. There are always little things that happen, but for the most part they were satisfactory. Both of my parents were there. They felt like the food was good and there was plenty of it. It was a very pleasant place.

Owner cannot keep facility staffed. Facility has several state violations. Owner left 4 residents unsupervised. One resident fell, other residents called 911. It was an additional 1.5 hours before owner returned. After incident she scolded residents for calling for help and not waiting for her return. Search Yan Yan on WFTV.COM
