I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Camellia. The home is always clean, welcoming, and well maintained, and the food is excellent. Most importantly, I have complete peace of mind knowing my aunt is safe, cared for, and treated with kindness and respect every day. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and engaged. They offer all kinds of activities which my aunt truly loves. Knowing that my aunt is surrounded by such a thoughtful and attentive team brings our family tremendous peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the care and dedication shown by everyone at The Camellia

From the very beginning, the staff has been absolutely amazing and has gone above and beyond to make Momma feel truly at home. Everyone is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares, which has given our family so much peace of mind. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and the food is delicious with great variety. The rooms are big, bright, and spacious, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to live. Choosing this community for Momma was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made, and we are so grateful for the love and care she receives every day.

I recently had the pleasure of helping my aunt transition to her new home at The Camellia, a step that she, a fiercely independent lady, initially resisted due to the significant change it represented. From our very first visit, the warmth and welcoming nature of the staff began to ease her concerns, subtly assuring her that this could indeed be a delightful place to live. One of the facility's most accommodating features was their ability to house both my aunt and uncle in the same room. This gesture significantly helped in maintaining a semblance of their normal life, making the transition much smoother for them both. Their daily life continues to thrive at The Camellia. The dining room has become a highlight of their day, not only because of the excellent food but also due to the social interactions they enjoy with fellow residents. An added comfort is knowing that even when one of them feels under the weather, they can still savor a good meal together in the privacy of their own room. This flexibility is invaluable, ensuring they continue to enjoy their daily routines without interruption. I highly recommend The Camellia to anyone looking for a facility that respects its residents' independence while providing the necessary support for day-to-day living. The staff's dedication to creating a nurturing environment that celebrates the individuality and independence of its residents is truly commendable.

I have a friend who’s been in the facility he’s been extremely happy. There was afraid that he moved in. He’d lose his independence. What is a perfect fit for him? He has his independence, but he has help on the days that he needs. It loves food and he found out that moving in the facility has helped him socialize with people in the building. Best decision decisions he’s made.

I found a place for my Mom just right near my house. It has a lot of area where she can't wander out of the facility. She has a door in her place that crosses right out to a big porch. So she has access right to the outside from her room which is nice. The people there are just amazing. My mother has dementia but the staff there has patience like the saints. They are just the most caring people I've met. My mother loves her room. She loves the food. They can fill out their own menu every month. The food there has just been wonderful. What I like the best is that they take them out at least once a week to have lunch and shopping and stuff. They do bring in a lot of different organizations that would have lunch with them too. I would most definitely recommend this place to others as my Mom has no complaints about the living arrangements there and she is very happy now.
