A kind and attentive staff always seems to have the residence best interest at heart. Rooms are clean and freshly changed interactions with the staff are always pleasant they always seem to find something for the residents to enjoy my sister spent several years there and was happy the entire time. My daughter and I were looking for a place for my husband..we had 2 places that were recommended, we went to Regency first, as we talked to Beni and also met her husband Julius we felt a great sense of peace,my daughter and I had the same thought at the same time..that this was the perfect place for her dad.we are very grateful for the loving care that my husband received..God Bless Beni and Julius (2 angels of mercy) and all their staff

So far, our experience having my mother at Regency Elderly Care has been good except with the COVID because we can't go in and see her. They're just now starting to let us go in again in secure rooms. Other than that, she's always clean and well-fed, and she's doing good. They do activities inside but they haven't been taking the residents out because of COVID. They have a nice little patio, we can go visit her through a window.

Regency Elderly Care Facility is owned and operated by Beni and her team of highly skilled and loving professionals. The moment your family member enters the facility they and you become a part of a bigger purpose. That being, to care for your loved one with compassion, dignity, love and laughter in a clean and family oriented environment. Beni, Grace, Donna, Angie and Ivan cared for my father for dementia and COPD along with multiple other health issues. Even though my father has passed we hold Regency close to our heart and will always feel indebted to them for the quality of life they provide my Father toward the end of his life as well as peace of mind to me and my Mom.

Regency was recommended to me from an elderly placement person who also just happened to be a friend. I was impressed from the tour of the facility with not only the cleanliness but also the friendly staff on hand with this being an unannounced visit. As caregiver for my elderly aunt, whose dementia was progressively getting worse, it was time to place her in a facility.. Benni, the owner, as well as her staff went above and beyond to help and comfort her with her needs. My brother and I would visit frequently without notice as we pleased. Never once did either of us observe anything but top notch quality care. We would recommend Regency highly to others who are looking to place their loved ones in a great environment if needed. Because of the caring Regency showed towards my aunt it will always be a fond memory.

We have had my Mom at Regency Elderly Care for 2 years. We are very fond of the staff including Beni, Grace, Angie & Donna. We had Mom in one of those large corporate facilities in Ormond Beach which turned out to be an expensive nightmare for our family. Regency is an efficient, well run facility that has the feel of a family home environment. The staff know the patients & really care for them. We feel blessed to have found them & highly recommend their services.
