A close relative is in memory care here. This facility is poorly run and there is general feeling that no one cares nor is proactive in responding to issues. What is most disturbing is the utter lack of concern and awareness. I have seen on countless occasions where residents are left with no supervision. Some are prone to loud outbursts and verbal attacks, which upset the other residents, and no one steps in to do anything.. Others sit by themselves for hours with no one checking to see if they need anything. There is no system in place for even the basic things, like making sure someone isn't sitting in their own waste. Numerous complaints to management land on deaf ears. Instead, it is an incompetent short staff of aides who are in charge of the well-being of the most fragile people.

My mother will be moving in. We liked it a lot. They were very helpful to us and gave us a tour right away. The girl that helped us was very nice and helped us a lot. Everybody seemed friendly, even the aides that were there, and the residents looked very happy. My mother will have a studio and it has a bathroom, a little kitchenette, and an extra bedroom part, so it's pretty roomy and nice. They have a cafeteria, a movie theater, a library, walking paths outside, and a patio where people could go and sit outside. I just fell in love with it. I have not tried a meal, but we met the chef, and he's very friendly. The place seemed very nice, modern, and clean.

I toured here. It was a very nice place, but they could not accommodate my mom for her needs at that time. It's a brand-new place and it's very nice, but they did not have the care capabilities to take care of my mom. It's a very nice, new facility. The staff members were very nice and accommodating. The apartments were very nice. It's brand new, so that's what impressed me.
