I’ve visited this facility to see if they were a proper fit my a family member, when walking into the building they were pleasant, But as you walk around to other parts of the building it is dirty, certain staff members as far as nurses we are rude and inconsiderate, and seeing that COVID is once again spreading, they have patients in hallways with no masks on. I would not send my dying dog to this facility.

I have become very comfortable with some of the staff. I think that is important for the family to have someone you can rely on when your love one is in a facility care. The admission administrator Ashley has been there for my aunt and myself during many crisis. She also keeps me inform of day to day changes. Her office is in view of the lobby where the patients sit. I'v seen times when patients where confused but felt better sitting with her. She is an asset to Apple. Aid Jackie is an angel. Gentle, compasssionate, and encouraging to patients and family. T y

Some of the aides at Apple Rehab Farmington Valley were just plain rude to my mom even though she's very sweet, quiet, and everybody loves her. They need to have better hiring tactics. They offer reading, books, and other simple things. The physical and the OT were fine, it's just that the aides left something to be desired. My mom had a single private room and it was great and adequate with its own bathroom. The food was excellent.

My grandmother was a resident at this facility. The care she received was exceptional. When she was dying one of the nurses aides that worked with her daily came in on her day off to sit with Gram for 2 hours. The staff was very attentive to her needs at all times. I would highly recommend this facility.

My dad arrived today and was in great pain. I told the station nurse that I'd like to see his nurse. 45 minutes as I was leaving I meet his nurse. They just didn't seem to care that he was in pain.

Apple Rehab was nice and clean, but it was more expensive. They had a care program that was much more than my mother needed. Also, its surroundings were more suburban and not rural. The staff was very professional, though.

My mother has been there for 4 days and the service is not good, my mother had to walk to the nurses station to get her own soda, the food is luke warm at best, the other night while sitting with my mother we killed four bugs. they dont bath the residents every day. try and find a aide to help, go to the lobby or around the back they are hanging out. i would not reccamend this place to anyone
