Take most or all of residents income. Some residents have no money left over for clothing or any personal needs. Concern about qualifications for this facility. Some people are threatened with termination of disablility payments if tenant wants to move somwhere else or has complaints. Tenant will not lose disability payments for wanting to move elsewhere-purely intimidation tactics.
