My mom is now at Lake Balboa Care Center. It's an older facility, but compared to another one that I went to, it's much better. However, the staff members seem to lose things quite often, and when you ask for help, you get pushed from one person to another person to another person. It's just hard to get a straight answer sometimes. As for the activities, they have some people that come in and play bingo or play blackjack. They watch old movies and things like that. The dining area is cheerful. There are windows there. The food seems to be OK. Some of the staff members are really nice, and then others not so. I would say most of the people are pretty helpful.
