The Hills of Alcoba I

The Hills of Alcoba I was very, very clean. Maybe a little outdated, but it seemed pretty well kept. Sylvia was great. She seemed very on it. Some residents were watching TV when I was there while another lady came in and did a Bible study with one of the residents. They all seemed content. The rooms were fine. They're dormitory-like. They have the basic single bed and basic furniture. There was not any carpet and it definitely smelled very clean. If my dad gets to that point where he needs assisted living, that would absolutely be an option for us.

The Hills of Alcoba is great and we love it. It is amazing. We are very happy with it. The staff members are very nice and professional. The meals are healthy and great, too. We are not allowed to go in it right now because of COVID, but they watch TV and they eat together. The place is very clean and the care is great.

My mom is at The Hills of Alcoba I. It was the most affordable for the amount of care my mother needed. The staff is caring, the amenities are definitely adequate, and it is clean. They’re just wonderful people. They don’t provide activities for my mother, and they only have a piano that they help her play every now and then.
