Heritage Haven wasn't old, but the residents were older than I expected. It's kind of dark and gloomy, there was no energy, it doesn't sound good, and feel good. It wasn't a fit for me at all.

I wasn't very happy with Heritage Haven. It smelled very dirty the minute I walked in, and then it looked kind of dirty maybe because the furniture were all made of cloth and hard to clean. It had a bad scent, and it smelled like a dog house. The staff was very nice, but the place just didn't seem very appealing at all. The smell was quite awful. The activities were fine to me, but I didn't feel comfortable going in.
