For the last 3 months one of the rest rooms has been out of order. At times not clean areas. Never pull beds out to clean under. Ants are a BIG problem. No daily actvity. On one day resident was commenting on how he had completed a load of wash. Truely he was happy and excited to tell Head of Facility this..Her reply to him was "TAKE A BREATH' there were more than 15 people standing around. I was shocked at this manner of dismissing someone.
