I was here for five months. It was nice. It was close to my family and close to my medical providers because I had to have radiation treatment every day for a month. They took me and they had good transportation. The meals and the food were good. We had a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits, which I liked. They didn't have much outdoor space. They were kind of in an urban area. The staff was good. There was little turnover among the care providers because I was independent and I wasn't having any medications. I needed to be pushed down to the meals. I was in a wheelchair at that point because I couldn't walk very far because of my shortness of breath. They were very attentive to that and got me to my doctor's appointments. I didn't have the medical needs that they provided me. The activities were good. They have yoga and tai chi, the usual bingo, and they would take you out for walks around the block. I like the diversity and that was a plus.

We're considering it because it's a 10-minute walk from where we live. The overall experience with my tour was very good. We got a lot of information and we saw the facility. It was good. We saw several rooms. The place was clean, neat, and well-lit. It looked safe for the residents to be in. I would describe the staff as caring, thoughtful, and non-invasive.

Our experience was very good. The staff seemed to be interested in introducing the place to me. They knew what they wanted and they were courteous to me. I could only see the rooms that were not being used, and of course they've cleaned them up, so they were clean.
