I moved my mother into New Haven Care Home Pleasanton. It’s very good. When I’m there, they seem very, very caring. I don’t know when I’m not there what goes on, but my mother is clean. The six patients who are in this home, other than one who is bedridden, are in either wheelchairs or walk with the aide of a walker. Most of the time, they’re all sitting in comfortable chairs. They seem to do this a lot. At least, they’re all together and not in their rooms. So far, New Haven has been very good. My mother’s room is clean, and I didn’t smell anything when I go there, even in the bathroom, which is clean. The patients themselves don’t smell. There isn't an odor when you go in the house.
