Vintage Faire is very good. I’m very pleased, they take good care of my mom. The place is nice, clean, and well taken care of. The staff is very good there. My mom said the food is good, and she doesn’t miss a meal. They have all kinds of activities, but my mom doesn’t go. They do provide a lot activities though. I thought what they offered for the price was very good.

This place is awful!! I wouldn't bring my dog here! The. Attendee's are RUDE AND IMMATURE. THIS PLACE IS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. THERE ARE ONLY A HANDFUL OF CNA'S THAT HAVE INTEGRITY. ONE SHOWER IN THE WHOLE PLACE. THEY ADMITTED A PERSON WITH CORONA VIRUS TODAY.IT IS 5/20/20. 10:30PM. I'M WET. NO ONE IS COMING. FOR MY ROOMMATE EITHER. If you tell the nurse as you should about the CNAs behavior they will treat you worse. Bingo only.b

They would not feed my mother food that was diabetic appropriate at Vintage Faire Residential. She did not want to be there. I notified the nurses that it was wrong, and they did not care. When her kidney started to fail, they just shoved her back into a hospital.

Vintage is very clean and it is affordable. The staff is fine and they were able to address our questions. Mother enjoys the game show TV channel and she has a little garden because she has a patio.

My father lived their for a short time while he was awaiting medi-cal to assign him a permanent residence.First I would like to comment on this residence was modern and clean for a the rooms were neat and organized. The food given to the residents were also varied, healthy and delicious my father said that he reallyliked the lunch menu. But I noticed that some of the staff their seemed too focused on doing their office work than providing individual patient care. Whenit came down to finding some of the CNA'S responsible with your relatives personal needs, your really had to chase someone down.I was hard to get the staff to help you for even simple tasks as finding my father's clothes. His clothes kept getting mixed up with other residents clothes in their laundry. It was never explained to me why his clothes was never found and he kept getting other peoples clothes mixed in with his clothes. But as a summary for this residence overall the indoor facilities was bright and clean.
