Friendly staff, the manager there is great, she treats everyone like there her family. My mom loves the food there.

Modesto Guest Home's prices are reasonable. Their rooms are very small although some of the rooms are also very big. My friend has stayed there before and they seemed to be happy, but the food didn't seem all that great. Most of the rooms have a door that goes out into their backyard. They serve her meals in her room, dispense her medication, but her ipad also got stolen by somebody who came in. The community refunded or replaced her iPad, although it took a while. The staff would go from room to room and check on the residents to make sure you're okay. The overall atmosphere of the place was kind of sad, I won't want to live there. I have only spoken with the manager lady who runs the place. She was somewhat helpful, but when I asked about the room, she said they had no availability and she just wrote down the name on a sticky note in case there's availability. There was no list, no organization to it. The place itself was old and dingy but it seems clean.
