My brother is in Westmont Milpitas. He's in the memory care. It is very professional and very nice. The staff is very helpful, very understanding and they went out of their way to try and help us get him in. They have a Compass Rose Program for memory care. It has lots of activities and various categories to stimulate and occupy the time of Alzheimer's patients. It seems very comprehensive. There are lots of music and these things were all very important to me. It's very good. The facility is very nice. The price is very good.

I went to Westmont of Milpitas. The apartments were very nice and you could do a one-bedroom or a two-bedroom, and they were very affordable. I also like that it's almost like just renting an apartment. You pay for the apartment itself and then you choose if you want to add meals or if you want to add cleaning. So, you could make it independent or you could add other services. That's still considered independent, not assisted. If you're still very active, you might not need everything. The food was very good. I was impressed with it. The building itself is new and very nice. I would've likened it to a very nice high-rise apartment building. It was very clean. It was attractive and friendly.

Westmont Milpitas was a nice place. It's a new building and everything seemed clean. The people seemed like they were having a good time there. They had a gym, a swimming pool, and a live band once a week. The staff was amazing.

I like the living space at Westmont of Milpitas. They are very modern, and it looks kind of like a luxury apartment if you will. There were some units that had high ceilings. Not all, but some that I had toured had high ceilings, and that was nice. I liked that they had a lot of community calendar events for the residents to stay engaged, and also to meet others in that community, which is probably one of the bigger things to consider when you're moving someone into a new community like that. Their facility is very new. It's very nice and fancy. The lady I talked to was very, very accommodating and very caring. She answered any questions that you have. She's well versed into what's coming up in the pipeline, like how the community is going to change and what to expect. She seemed to like to work with you to make what you can work, which was nice. The dining area was also nice. It's like a high-end restaurant. They had a salon onsite and a chauffeur that you can request a ride within a certain amount of distance, so you can have free shuttles, and someone will take you to the grocery store.

We toured Westmont Milpitas. Everything was great. The director I met with was great. I had nothing negative to say about it. I met with the director and one of their restaurant managers and they were very friendly. I saw a one-bedroom and a studio. They both looked great, spacious, and very comforting. They were nice. It's very quiet and I saw some residents interacting with other residents. They looked very happy. I spoke to one resident when I was there. It was in the city. Shopping areas and restaurants are fairly close. I saw the menu, but I didn't try the food. The dining area was very nice. It was restaurant-style. I didn't see any in action, but I was informed that there are activities that they have for the residents. They have bingo. They even have an indoor pool and a gym. They talked about taking residents to the mall. If I were in that position to go, it would be a place that I would go to.

The tour we had at Westmont Milpitas was nice. The facility was new. Everything was kind of a la carte there. Although it seemed affordable at first, they kind of added on a lot of different fees. We saw the menu, and it looked really good. The facility would be nice if we could afford it.

My mother moved into Westmont Milpitas. Unfortunately like everywhere, they're understaffed and poorly managed. They've had a lot of turnover in every position, from the chef to the director to the medtech. The positive is that it's a beautiful place. The people that are there, the staff that have been there from the beginning, they're amazing. They're friendly, they're working their butts off, they're doing the best they can in the position that they're in - understaffed and poorly managed. We have had a couple of errors but luckily the impact wasn't as bad as it could have been. My mom is doing extremely well, which I am shocked about. We moved her in and she didn't want to go. She is doing so much better than when she was home. She's engaging with people. Much to my surprise, she is going down to the dining hall for lunch and dinner every day. She's got a group of friends that she sits with every day. She's doing bingo. She's gone to the movies a couple of times. It's shockingly amazing and I'm so grateful. All of the residents there have been wonderful. The residents' families that I've met have been wonderful. The staff that is there has been wonderful. They're so friendly, great, loving, and caring. The meals, unfortunately, are mediocre at best. They're warm to cold meals. The meat has been tough. But it's a beautiful place.

Westmont Milpitas was pretty much the same as the other one we visited, though I would say Westmont Milpitas was the better of the two. The staff was excellent. They were really good and very, very informational. I was introduced to the chef, but I didn't taste the food. The facility was newer and it had a very nice structure. It was very impressive. Their therapy was impressive, too. They had a swimming pool in there that goes 3 feet and they can work with clients, as well.

Westmont of Milpitas was a newer facility. It was very clean and very well-maintained. The people there seemed to be very happy. They had a lot of amenities for the residents. They had a garden area, a pool, and an art area. They had a lot of activities for seniors. Again, it's a newer facility, so the apartments were very well-appointed. They had everything that one would need to live there comfortably. They also have a 24-hour nursing staff. The reason why we didn't choose to be there was my mom had a catheter at the time, and they weren't taking care of people that had a catheter. So, we did not go there. The lady was very nice and very sweet though.

Westmont Milpitas was nice, clean, and bright. The room was also nice and clean. The staff was very informative and very helpful. They had activities scheduled like outings. They had a fitness room, a movie room, and a salon that does hair, manicures, and pedicures.

Westmont of Milpitas is wonderful. It's a nice place, but I'm still new here, so I'm still learning. The staff is great. They're very responsive. I cook my own food. I have a kitchen in my studio. Everything seems to be running smoothly. They have all types of programs and activities. Some of them get canceled, but other than that, they're pretty good. They have nice rooms where you could do reading. They have outdoor activities. You can sit out and enjoy your lunch or dinner or even breakfast or you could just sit out and read. They have a little park across the way so you can walk to a park. They have a pool, a rec room, a weight room, and a salon. There's a lady that does hair and nails.

We toured Westmont Milpitas, and Rhoda was a great tour guide. She was very friendly and informative. The facility is beautiful. They have a lot of activity. They have a great restaurant or café there where they eat. They had entertainment and an Elvis impersonator was there. They have a lot of stuff going on all the time. They have a pool and a gym. It was by far the best place I visited. I didn't see the food, but I saw the kitchen, and it looked nice. You can order off the menu; it felt like going to a real restaurant. The facility is newly built. They have a beauty salon and a clinic, doctors come there.

I was able to visit Westmont of Milpitas. It was a very clean facility and organized. I like that it's brand-new, it's only been open for 2 years. The person who met with me and gave the tour was very detailed in pricing and gave me an overall review of what the facility was like. They were also able to allow me to visit the rooms. They offered that if we were interested, I could bring my mom back to try to test their meals. They have a movie theater, a cafeteria, a very nice exercising program, and activities.

I went to visit Westmont Milpitas, which was very new with a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very pleasant. The apartment was very nice and seemed comfortable. They were very pleasant and very helpful. They were just very nice people. I had a meal there. The service was nice, and the food was good. They presented the facility in a manner of safety. The amenities that they offer were comfortable and suitable for me.

Westmont of Milpitas was a lovely facility. It's new, clean, and well-kept. I actually got into memory care, which all looked good. I would recommend people to check it out. They had good people to talk to. They had a whole list of activities, whether it's ukulele, games, walks, or shopping. They have a swimming pool and a library, too. The staff was excellent and very caring.

We liked the Westmont Milpitas and programming. I also liked that the pricing contract is very clear and there are no surprises. They seemed to be the best value of those we toured, the facility was very nice and the people seemed great. They were very informative and kind, the staff that gave the tour was also good. As far as the tour, everything in the facility is very clean. They have a nice outdoor area that the residents could walk in.

My husband was a resident of Westmont of Milpitas. We moved him in, and the next day, my husband fell. He cut his forehead. I wasn't upset about it, but they couldn't tell me when it happened or where. They had no idea, which kind of bothered me. So we went and got stitches. In the first two months, he had two showers. He sat on a toilet for four hours and ended up with blisters. He never gets breakfast, and they have admitted that he sometimes didn't get lunch either. Many times, he fell. The call bell was not operative. I yelled down the hall for help, and nobody came. They never cleaned the wound or put anything on it. It was a sad experience. Every time they don't want to deal with him, they put him in the hospital. So we just got out of the hospital for the fourth time in six months. They don't have enough staff. But the place is absolutely beautiful. His room was wonderful. They didn't have an activity director, so everyone just sat in chairs and watched a big screen TV. The food was good. My husband loved the food because he loves to eat. They had a swimming pool, which was nice. It was very expensive. They should not take in people with Alzheimer's if they can't handle them.

Westmont Milpitas was smaller. It's less expensive, but it's not in a good location. Somebody was building something right next door to it. It's also on a smaller square footage, has fewer amenities (since it's a brand-new place), and kind of urban. The lady who gave us the tour was helpful. We walked through their was restaurant style dining area and it seemed adequate.

My friend is staying at Westmont of Milpitas. It has a convenient location; it's new, so everything's very clean, and people-friendly services. Just from the surface that I can see, she was very dedicated. They were there all the time, and there's two to three people with the memory care division all the time. He did not complain about the food, so that's good. One thing really bad is, we cannot receive or call out of the wireless phone on the fourth floor. No matter where you go, in the dining room, or a memory care activity area, no signal at all. We have to go out in the court or on the street to make a call. I don't know how you do it, they just block everything. They don't have a TV service. You can only watch YouTube, only one channel, nothing else. Well, in those Olympics period, there's nothing to watch. The only activity I saw is bingo.

I've chosen Westmont Milpitas for my brother, and he's moving on August 30th. It's a new community. The room and the bathroom were spacious. It is on the ground level. He does have access to a nice outdoor facility, and the location is not too far from my house. The staff I've dealt with so far was very nice, and very helpful. They seemed like they're very, very helpful and very eager to have assistance. When I toured, they were having lunch. Everything smelled wonderful, but we did not have any food. It looked like I was impressed with the menu. The only thing that I have some issue with is not being able to have access to the Xfinity that my brother is used to. There is not too much choice for cable TV. I think Xfinity doesn't have the right of entry to put in and install the cable that my brother is used to. It might be an issue because he's going to get mad. He has memory issues and so if he doesn't have his regular channels, he might get a little bit confused. I saw a nice courtyard, spacious, and secure. They do have a swimming pool. I'm hoping that he would be able to take advantage of that. It does have a lift for disabled people because my brother has a below the knee amputation. There is a lift, so he can get in use the pool. It seems like they have crafts and things. My brother is going to be taken into the memory care area, and they have a communal room with a large TV. It looks like they have puzzles, board games, and things like that. They do have a little area off to be the main area. I want to call it a communal area that they have tables set up to do activities.
