We moved my father into Kei-Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center, and he's in their memory care. We know he's well taken care of, they schedule zoom meetings with families and friends, and you can communicate with him regularly face to face. One side of the facility is rehab and out-patient care, they have temporary care, long-term care, and the memory care is in the long-term area. They're great, they have a Japanese speaking staff, Spanish speaking staff, and a few Filipinos. My parents were also there for rehab before. Before COVID, they had a huge calendar with activities every hour or every other hour. It doesn't smell of urine, and everybody says they can't believe how clean it is.

The nursing care staffs for night time are horrible. Try call line for an hour no ones help sometime they are so mean to the resident.(second floor). Look like hire anyone for the job but not the actual nursing care train employees. The food for sick people are horrible. The cost is so expensive.

The rooms are too small, they fit 3 patients in one. To small when family visits. The staff is very nice but don't really do much, they seem busy, running back and forth but aren't really doing much. When you ask for something it usually takes close to an hour to get a response. The food is very plain and no flavor. My mother is NOT on a special diet but her food is very bland.

The staff that I dealt with at Keiro was always very pleasant and very helpful. Their room is a shared room, and there were four people in a room. I saw the activities posted on the bulletin board in the hallway, but I didn't actually witness any. I was visiting a relative regularly there.

We visited Keiro Nursing Home. The staff was active, and they were having entertainment at that time. They were all assisting the residents. The rooms were very nice, and it was spacious for what it was worth. The dining room was very nice, but I wouldn't try their food. The security was good. I had my friend's parents there before, and I would recommend it.

Keiro felt like a hospital setting. It has a small room and grandpa had to share it with somebody. He loved the staff though and they did good care. He did not like the food at all and he lost weight.
