Very rude receptionist and has a very bad attitude. As you come in no one greets you eventhough she's sitting there in her desk. Dining room looks outdated with old furniture and with no staff insight. A/c doesn't seem to be working as well. CNAS are ok but seem to always be in a rush and look overworked. Place looks clean minus the curtains in the rooms.

Costa Del Sol Healthcare is not fancy. It had a little bit of a smell. The girl who gave me a tour was just the receptionist. I had just walked in. I didn't make an appointment. It was just bare bones. I looked in a couple of the rooms and they were OK. The dining room was the first thing you see, and I didn't like it. It was just a big room with tables and a TV playing. People were just sitting in there randomly just watching TV.

Tomorrow I will have been here 4 weeks NO air conditioning, the rooms are sometimes hotter then the outside shower chairs are only for the thin people it gets so hot that I pour water over my head and I am dry in 10 to 15 minutes have not seen a doctor here once when I get out of here and they ever try and make me come back I will be kicking and screaming this place needs a lot of training and they need to fire some of the staff that don't want to work and hire people who do

Buena Ventura was very nice; the people and nurses were very good. The garden was very nice too. It is very a friendly and comfortable place. When I needed something, the nurses were there. The room was very clean and nice. The housekeeping cleaned the bed every day.
