The facility in Hercules was warm and welcoming. It was clean and orderly. It has a nice back yard for sitting. The staff was especially loving and tender with their care. I am 100% happy with the care my mother received in the last days of her life. Staff always kept me informed every day of what was happening with my mother. Everyone was very professional.

I visited JP's Care Home, and it was very informative. I talked to Marilyn. She was the admin there. They also had two retired nurses on staff, which was nice. The facility itself had obviously been in service for a number of years. It was a little bit rundown in a family home kind of way. Marilyn was a big advocate of discussions on nutrition, so she talked a lot about the food. The residents were in a group room watching TV. The room that I saw there looked comfortable. The house was kinda worn, not in a terrible way. It was just not as pretty as the others.
