My father was at Windsor Gardens Convalescent Center of Hawthorne. The facility had physical therapy and it was very clean. They had great customer service and gave attention to the residents. Although at times, they were understaffed and they could not attend to every resident. Nonetheless, my dad pretty much enjoyed everything and he did not have any issue. They were excellent and great.
