They gave bedsores , a stage 2 on an elbow and stage 4 on another elbow that became infected down to the bone. She wound up with triple sepsis, was hospitalized, then passed on as a result. They had her fall out of a falling-apart wheelchair with her head hitting the hardwood floor. She had been hospitalized that time with head and forehead lacerations. They gave her arm contractures through untreated strokes and the staff was mostly very hostile. They did not contact to find out about her after she had been hospitalized with the bedsores and the triple sepsis infections. Their staff is mostly hostile and values profits over people. Only a complete ignoramus would place a family member or relative in that horrible mess of a place.

I like that Rosecrans Care Center is very clean, and they seem to be very organized. The social worker who I've been working with has been very attentive to our needs prior to getting my mom placed there. She was very instrumental in helping us get her admitted. The staff seemed very, very friendly and attentive to her needs too. The waiting area is very nice, clean, and organized. When you walk back to the resident's rooms, the area in the hallway smells very clean. It doesn't have any foul odors or anything. That is one thing that I really what I like. When I visited one time, they were playing bingo. They had her sitting out there, so she could hear and observe them.
