My mother moved into Bright Minds Residential Care. So far, I've been very happy with the care there. The staff is responsive to whatever request I have, like they help me get hair dressers and stuff like that to come in, they actually have people come into the house and take care of her toenails and her hair, so responsive to my request would be one of them. Mom is always clean, and they get her up and bathe her every day, and she's not just lying in bed. There are three to four other residents in the house, and so she interacts with them as well. She shares a room. It's a little small, but she spends most of her time in the common areas so it's not a problem. Every time I've gone over there she's been eating, so I'm assuming that she's liking the food. The administrator is extremely responsive to the family members. He's been really, really good, and he's helped me a lot.
