"My aunt has been here for 4 years she has a beautiful two bedroom you don't even know you are in an assisted living. I come and visit her quite often and it's always clean and smells nice in the hallways the people are always so happy and they know her very well today was her birthday and they put a bunch of balloons outside her door such a happy place for my aunt and I love coming to visit very happy environment. "

"The Park At Bay Area was one of the top places for me. They might need to have a few more employees, but other than that, it was very nice. I toured both assisted living and memory care and it was very well maintained and clean. It smelled fresh and the staff was very welcoming. The lady who gave the tour was very, very nice and was very helpful in explaining everything. The rooms were very spacious and very well maintained. They had just finished activities when I got there and I saw some of their paintings and different things that they had done. Their dining area was very pleasant and inviting, too."

They are caring, loving, and they take good care of the residents. They have good activities, but there's just not enough of them. The facilities are very nice, and they have very good food. "My husband moved into Angels Landing Residential Care Homes. One of the things that impressed me was that she came to the house to meet us. She wanted to meet my husband, and she called before letting me know that I did not need to worry. They were going to take care of my husband. A lot of times, people don't hear you. I did not get the feeling that it was a financial reason for her concern. I sensed her authenticity, integrity, and dignity. His living space was impeccably pristine. It was suggested that no family members come for 30 days in order to give my husband a chance to acclimate to a new environment, and I thought that was just really impeccably on point. I've experienced good customer service there."

"I am impressed and grateful at the effort that Sharon puts in to making sure her residents get to their medical appointments. Sharon calls the medical providers to make appointments and brings them to the medical facilities. She keeps track of people's treatment plans and follow up appointments. Sharon is also attentive to making sure patients take their prescribed medication. "

"We chose Inspired Senior Living because of the people and the reputation. It's beautiful, bright, fresh, caring, and very well appointed. They have good staff. I have not moved my in-laws in yet, but the tour was beautiful. I personally want to live there myself. They have a fishing pond and a pool, which has water therapy in it. They have a tiki bar, a movie theater, a beauty salon, a barbershop, a pool room, a card room, a game room, and a coffee cafe. They have a chef on staff, too. It is not just three square meals a day; you can eat whenever you want from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The food was fantastic."

"The Avenues of Fort Bend was very nice on the inside. The community seemed like they were very happy. They had nice scenic views outside. They could go out on the porch, and they had a patio section. Those were the good things. I got to see their studio. It was very small. There was a library, dining room, and game room. I ate there. The chicken was not really very melt-in-your-mouth; it was a bit hard. Other than that, it was OK. The place was well maintained."

"We have chosen St. Dominic Village for my mom. I like the level of care and the accommodations. They have life alerts for all of the residents in the assisted living facility. So if anything happens, they have someone on 24 hours duty. The staff who assisted me during the tour was excellent. The facility was clean. Everybody seemed very friendly. The residents looked well taken care of. They had various levels. They have the nursing home, independent living, and assisted living which was more of a hotel-style with a studio apartment. So my mom will have her own restroom, own bedroom, and privacy."

"My mom has moved into Braeswood Estates Senior Living. I like the environment, the design of the rooms, the facility itself, and the staff. They're very helpful, and they keep an eye on her. The place is clean, and the rooms are big. They have activities like game night, and they go shopping and do different things with them. They have a beauty shop and a barbershop, a chapel, and a library. They have a large dining room. The chef comes around and talks to the clients and sees how the meals were. They have different things a week. I'm content with it. The parking area is nice, and they have two patios."

"We place my mother at Optimum Personal Care. She has been there since September. We chose it because it is well staffed. The ratio is 5-to-1. It is very clean and has no odor whatsoever. The people are very nice and seem to be fit for the kind of work that they are doing. They are very attentive to the clients. They just do an excellent job. I have never seen a place run so well. The other reason is that it is small. They have two houses and/or buildings, and I think the maximum number in the one she is in is 10. So, there is a large living room area, and then there are rooms around that area. So, if she has a need, she can just speak loudly; even though she wears a device around her neck, she will be able to get the attention that she needs. We like that rather than a large place. "
