"Magnolia Manor South was very nice and clean and pretty in the way it's put together. The people were exceptionally friendly. They seem to have their residents in mind when they talk about things. I was impressed. It was a lot prettier and a lot better than what I expected it to be. They have trips, shopping, a bus, and they all go out to eat occasionally, which I thought was pretty cool. What stood out to me was the beauty of the grounds. It was just gorgeous. The dining area seemed to be nice and pretty. "

"Grace Manor is an assisted living facility for the elderly and special needs of our area. It is an expensive but very nice assisted living facility with plenty of outdoor area to walk and enjoy The apartment rooms are not too large, but are very comfortable. I visited at least once a week over the two year period she lived there. The staff is very good and very organized. The only problem I had was they would always give in to whatever my grandmother wanted, mostly too much chocolate, which caused her to restless and hyper.Every week their would be a special covered dish supper and many of the residents did cook. I went once and enjoyed it. Their were several activities to do. Bingo once a month on a Saturday evening.I have been around several nursing homes and one other assisted living facility, but this one is the nicest one.It only took one month to get moved in and a couple of days to get all the paperwork done. I would certainly use them again and I wouldn't living there if it comes to that.Overall the facility had very nice workers and plenty of activities for the ones living there. Everyone living there was checked on casually and thoroughly.The grounds were always kept neat and clean every time I went.I would rate it a 4.5 out of of 5 points on the grading scale. "

"The staff here is wonderful! They formed personal bonds with the Mama. They check on her often during the day to empty her catheter and see if she needs anything. Many of them know me by name and talk to me as I come and go. They dispense her meds and check her sugar levels several times a day. It's a beautiful facility, more like a nice motel. It's pricey, but they really care about the residents. I cannot say enough about the CFO and activities director and several of the staff that really love my Mama! She was in a wheelchair and on oxygen when she came last yr. Now she is off O2 and walking the halls several times a day! She has friends! She paints, plays bingo and cards, put together puzzles until her eyesight got worse, enjoys "butterbean auctions", outings around Tifton on the bus & sitting on the front porch in the padded rockers. My only ding is the food. It's not always good or cooked well, and we keep Glucerna in her fridge for those meals she can't eat. But they are in the process of replacing their previous cook due to a stroke, so we're in transition right now. Hoping for a quick replacement. Overall, it's a great place to be."

"I would recommend Legacy Village of Tifton. I was very impressed with it. The memory care was very nice; in fact, they've built in there a fireplace for them and made them a new screened-in porch. A lot of people like to go out and sit on that and the fireplace especially for colder weather. I know they're loving that. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. If there was somewhere to place my brother in Georgia, I would consider them. They're high up on my list of care homes. It was a very nice clean place. It was very clean inside the building and the rooms I saw. COVID kinda got everything shut down, but they let me suit up and got over to the memory care and looked at it. I didn't get to visit much of it because the executive director was out that day."

"My mother was in this facility. The care for her was good. Activities were lacking as a whole, but in fairness, most of the residents would not have been able to participate unless they had one-on-one help. The staff was considerate and helpful, food was good, and dispensing of medication timely. These were the things that were important to us at the time. "
