Mama's help

My mother was in this facility. The care for her was good. Activities were lacking as a whole, but in fairness, most of the residents would not have been able to participate unless they had one-on-one help. The staff was considerate and helpful, food was good, and dispensing of medication timely. These were the things that were important to us at the time.

The staff at this nursing home was absolutely great! The nurses and aids were all very nice and helpful. However, the maintenance needs improving. I say this because when I visited my great aunt last August, the air conditioning had been broken for two weeks prior to my visit. The facility also neglected to fix the a/c for another week. Keep in mind summer weather in Georgia is not easy to handle, and this goes especially for our elderly folks.
