"The entrance area of the facility was kept neat and free from trash. The patients seemed to be treated well, and were able to voice their opinion and get the appropriate help needed, from the staff. There seemed to be adequate parking for the family members to visit. The staff appeared knowledgeable, warm and caring with regards to the residents and their family members. The patients had their own private rooms with baths. The facility was quiet and the staff appeared to be respectful of the residents there, as well as the family members who visited. The food appeared to be quite edible as well. I would highly recommend this facility. "

"The Claiborne at West Lake is real nice. They have people and caregivers there all the time. My friend is having a good experience there. She has her bedroom, which is real nice, and the bathroom right off from it. Her accommodation is real good, very convenient, and it works well for her. The staff members are all very kind and seem compassionate. It's a relatively new place, so it's bright and really nice. They have an activities director. I'm not sure how many activities they do, especially now. A lot of people are confined to their rooms now."

"I absolutely loved Stevens Park. The facilities were is fantastic shape and kept up very well. It seemed as if everywhere in the place was cleaned daily and thoroughly. I'm very impressed with how well it was kept up. As well as being very clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there to deliver some medical equipment for a patient. The staff was very eager and willing to help me out. I was in and out in no time. "
