"Benicia Angel's Home I was amazing. I felt that it was exactly what I wanted my mother-in-law to be. The grounds were lovely and the house inside was lovely. Each bedroom had its own bathroom or a shared bathroom. It was very nice and very clean. The workers there were very kind. The owner took us on a tour and she was lovely as well. They had a backyard where they encouraged people to go out daily to get some fresh air and stuff. I had no complaints about it, except for the price."

"The Farmstead at Dixon Senior Living is a fairly new facility. It was a little too pricey. However, they seemed to offer a lot of extras, like they had an ice cream bar. It just was a very homey experience. Walking in it was very comfortable. I was impressed with their activities and their facilities in general. It was nice. With regard to the staff though, I wouldn't buy a used car from them because they were sales staff. However, they had a lot of activities going on. The only things that were negative were the location and the price."

"My visit to Berkshire was excellent. They took me to the room and personally guided me through everything. They talked to me and opened it up for questions, and they were very professional. The rooms were very nice and adequate for what the need is. They had dinners, and they had parties outside. It was some kind of celebration going on, and it looks like they did it quite nicely. It is all great. "

"We liked it, though we didn't get to see much because of COVID. We just met in a room with a woman named Amber, and she was very, very helpful. She kept in touch with me very diligently, and she's really nice. What we saw of the place was clean. She showed us where the dining room was, although it wasn't being used. Everything else looked good. We saw a single room (for one person), and there's a shared room. They were fine for what they were. It's located really close to Queen of The Valley Hospital. They have a salon, options for exercise classes, and an outside area where residents could garden. It was memory care so they can go outside, but it was fenced in."

Everyone is treated with respect, dignity, and fun. With encouragement from staff, my dad enjoys the many group activities and exercise sessions. "My friend was in Amazing Home Care II for one month. The facility and people were very nice. The food was fine. It was a private home, not like a fancy, large facility, but it was very nice. "

"I went to tour and they had a model one-bedroom that I can only use one word to describe, it was stunning. It was beautiful. It was like the apartment you always wanted to live in. It looks like it wasn't a senior living home. When you pay $30,000 to get in there, they've got something going on, more than the usual place. And it was just lovely. It was lovely, but it was very expensive. The guy who took care of the tour was delightful. He was great. He was very nice. He was there and spent the time and we looked at several studios. We looked at them because I could manage the studio there. The food was fantastic. They had a chef, not a cook. They had 2 or 3 menus and 2 or 3 dining rooms. It was pretty fancy. They had a gym that was geared for old folks. And they had a guy that was there doing exercises every day. This guy would work with you and give you a special. I thought that was amazing. And then they have a walk-in clinic to help you with things when you can't get to the doctor. And I thought that was good, too. They had a nice outdoor area, and a place where you could sit on chairs. It was shaded and it was really beautiful. And then they had 2 or 3 dining rooms. One of them had a bar. They have happy hour every night. So, there are more amenities with the more money you spend. We had lunch there. They had a chef on hand and he knew what he was doing. I had a gourmet salad with grilled peaches and it was just lovely. The food was lovely."

"I checked Chateau 1 and 2, and the reason why I picked that was because it was very near my house. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I saw a room that was not finished. Someone had just moved out, and they were taking the carpet out. They were going to repaint, replace the carpet, and everything. I also saw a room that someone was living in. It was small, but comparable to any place else that I had seen. The food was fine. There seemed to be a lot of choices. They had activities every day. They took them shopping. They had little programs and exercises. "
