My mom is a resident of Seniors Comfort Assisted Living. I liked the staff, and I don't have to worry because I know she's cared for. I like the fact that she has her room, a bed, a recliner, and a TV in the room. It's like she still has the comforts of being at home. They take them to an appointment. They have home-cooked meals three times a day. They have snacks. They give their daily medicine. Elijah, the owner, is a very caring man. He's a wonderful person.

My father has moved into Seniors Comfort Assisted Living. I like that he has the freedom to walk around. It's more like a house environment than an institutionalized environment. I haven't had a meal there, but they prepare all his meals. He requested pizza one night, so I ordered pizza delivered there. There is an activity center that transports him to socialize with other people with memory issues. They play cards, games, and watch movies. So twice a week, my father gets out and does that. It's a house and there are four bedrooms. My father is in one bedroom. There's a caregiver's room, a living room, and a kitchen.

If there were 10 stars Elijah would deserve them all! I had to find a facility for my husband whose Alzheimer’s progressed to a point I couldn’t handle any more. Elijah did all he could to keep him comfortable & happy. My sister in law who was a hospice nurse said, “This place dropped out of heaven for you!” I truly believe that! The other very important point is that being there & bed ridden for 18 months, my husband NEVER got one bed sore! My nurse friends were amazed by that! I doubt you will find more caring and attentive people for your loved one.

This is what Memory Care should be. One on one care. It is like living in your house with a living room, dining room and kitchen with a dozen friends. The bedrooms are small but private and you can roam around the whole house. Real home cooked meals. For $4,000/month.

Senior Comfort was OK but was more for people in their later lives who needed a nursing home. They didn't have any activities for residents, so they were just laying down in the rooms. The only activity they had was to watch TV in the living room. The staff was very nice, but there’s no interaction with the people, it was for people with later stages of Alzheimer’s. The rooms and the kitchen were very nice.

I have visited this place and it's breathtaking!!! The owners are amazing people and have great reputation in the community. I highly recommend Seniors Comfort Assisted Living!!!
