"We took care of our mother for 6 years and when her health deteriorated we had to find a Nursing Facility for her to live. It was beyond hard to relinquish her care to anyone. We looked at many care facilities and found the Dardanelle Center to be clean, bright and warm feeling. The care would not have been perfect for our mother no matter where it was but the care here was of good quality and any problems were always worked out to our satisfaction. I would recommend this facility to others. "

"My husband has been at Legacy Heights for about a month. I was referred to it by several people being one of the better facilities that are very good here in town and most of the people that have talked about it said they liked it and one or two of them had a family member there. It's very nice, it's very clean and it doesn't smell like a nursing home and he's very comfortable with the staff. They go out of their way to help him and I'm very comfortable with it. All I can really say is that he does like it and he can either eat meals in his room. He can't get in and out of bed by himself but the staff helps and it just depends on how he feels. He's got his good days and his bad days but they try to make him comfortable. "

"Stella Manor Nursing And Rehabilitation Center is very clean. They have pretty nice rooms; they're not really big, but they're OK. We've dealt with this place before and everybody has been really nice. We ate in their dining area before and the food could use improvement, but maybe because I'm just picky. I didn't really observe any activities, but I saw that there was a music thing going on in the cafeteria during supper time. They also have activities for the residents during the day. The staff members are pretty good people."

"My husband was at Russellville Rehab and Nursing Home. The staff was wonderful, but the one thing I didn’t like about this facility was that there weren't any private rooms. My husband was very lucky in that he didn’t have anyone in the room with him until a couple of days before he left. The meal was OK and what I would expect in a nursing home. My husband couldn’t participate in anything, but there was something on the activities calendar every day, like bingo and bean bag toss. Overall, the atmosphere was good and better than the other facility I visited. "

"My mom went to Perry County for rehab and transferred to the nursing part this past week. The staff is very friendly, do a very good job, and are very responsive to our concerns. Mother likes the food, which looks well prepared and healthy. She shares a room but still has plenty of room for her own stuff. It’s a very good facility. They provide different things like bingo and art classes, have movie nights, and people come in to sing. I would like it if she could have a room of her own. "
