"We're using Right at Home Metro Little Rock, and it's going fine. We have no problems. Just my husband has gotten better and we really no longer need their services. He got out of the hospital in March and we started using Right at Home about March 8th because I needed help with him, but now he has gotten stronger and better and we no longer need their services anymore hopefully. They provide mostly companionship, so that I could leave the home and feel comfortable with him having someone here with him if he should need something. We did not have any problems whatsoever. We had several people come and go, but everyone we had was just wonderful. We never had any problems with theft. I never felt uncomfortable with them being in the home. We didn't have any problem with communication. If I should have a problem, all I had to do is pick up the phone and call Debra. Mostly, my problem was with our insurance company and she worked extremely hard with our insurance company to get us the money that we had paid in reimbursed. We never had any trouble with the company itself and she has worked for us. I would highly recommend them. They're more like a family than a company."
