Currently, my mom is at home and is undergoing home health. We have been using Care IV Home Health for about a month now. The physical therapy has been really good. They provide a nurse, physical therapy, and a nurse's aide. They've been nice. They have been very patient with my mom. The billing is going through Medicare, so we won't have to pay yet. They will let you know a day before or the morning of what time they would be able to come. The social worker at the hospital recommended them. They have provided a good service for her; however, they could improve on their scheduling situation.
