I wish staff would be more pleasant. I don’t feel comfortable talking with anyone here. Not helpful in giving any report about my mother’s care. Staff seem to be gloomy. Really rude at times, I felt like they didn’t want to talk to me. Everyone acts like they cannot speak to you as a person and they don’t have time for you or anyone else. I would say overall the communication has a much need for improvement. Not personable at all.

St. Andrews Place seemed old and dated. I was not impressed with the facility. The rooms were like the whole facility, old and dated. There was double occupancy, which seemed kind of small for two people. The staff seemed nice, but I just met with them for a short period of time.
