Advanced Health Care of Mesa

My wife has been in Advanced Health Care of Mesa for two weeks now. They have nurses and physical therapists. My wife exercises twice a day. Generally, they are watching her food intake because she has been guilty of not eating properly. My experiences have been simply very good with them. The place is warm and welcoming. The staff are always very pleasant. That was the case years ago when my friends were there, so they haven't changed. It's nice that they have a nice facility for physical therapy. As far as the food is concerned, they seem to be very flexible in dealing with my wife. Anything you want to eat, they'll try and get it to you. They seem to perform well. They're friendly and helpful. There are no activities to my knowledge. The dining area is more like a restaurant. It's not very big.

There are no words to describe how bad This Rehabilitation center is. Tiffany in Administration should be fired due to her insensibility today patient care. Only only goal was to get my mom out of her facility because my mom was not capable of doing baby occupational or physical therapy. After appealing two times for my mom to stay and receive proper care, they sent her home with a bed sore that has sepsis, pneumonia & infections in her g-tube. I had to fight for them to keep her on release day until my sister could locate some oxygen for her just to get her home., they refused to send her home with any oxygen. Within 24 hours we had to call 911 and get her into the hospital to have surgery on her bedsore. She is currently still alive, no thanks to this facility! Such a disappointment in the character of this place. Don’t let the nice furniture and nice rooms fool you! Send your loves ones over to KPC Promise Hospital for proper and loving care!

I went to Advanced Healthcare for rehab after I had surgery, and it was wonderful. The care that they give you and the rehab, the food and everything, they are just very caring, and it is a very nice place. They had Bingo and things like that. The rooms were private rooms with a TV and their own bathrooms. There was a lounge or a living room type that you could sit and family could come, they had a popcorn machine and you could take popcorn anytime you want it, and they had a basket full of goodies that you could take if you wanted to. If you wanted to eat in the dining room, you could, but if you wanted to stay in your room, they would gladly bring it to you. I felt like I was on vacation.

My dad was Staying here for a little, and while he was there he did nothing but praise the care he received. Great facility, clean and nice. HIGHLY would recommend getting Eddie as cna. The young man took great care of my dad and was excellent, the other cnas are also good too.

Clean, friendly, well staffed, attentive , etc. -> everything the last place was not. Moved mom here after 4.5 days in another local facility that was terrible. This is what a senior care facility should be!

I was rather surprised by how nice and luxurious this assisted living facility was. The facility that I visited was called Advanced Healthcare and it was located in Mesa, AZ. My first reaction was "wow, this looks like a five star hotel". The food was actually quite good, very tasty. They had gourmet chefs and where the residents would eat was almost like a banquet hall. The residents would have their choice of staying in their room, or to come to the banquet hall to socialize with the rest of the residents. I also noticed that the staff was very friendly, they would constantly make the resident feel very comfortable, which made me feel good to see. I would recommend this assisted living facility to anyone. I call it a beautiful, friendly and professional place to be if needed. I think what makes this place stick out to me is the fact that everything feels more like an expensive hotel, not an assisted living facility. I think its places like these that make people feel better about where they are. If i'm not mistaking, there is a waiting list to get in at this facility because people know that it is one of the best ones around.
