My mother was at Marshall Manor on rehab and she was happy and they did a great job caring for her. I would recommend this home for anyone. Friendly staff and clean, quiet athmosphere.

The staff at Marshall Manor provided excellent and loving care to my father in law. He had no appetite when he got there and the nurses and CNAs went out of their way to help him. One of the night shift nurses even went to a local restaurant to get him homemade vegetable soup. ❤️❤️

My mom has been in Marshall Manor for rehab. Their therapists are really good, and the staff was very good. The rooms were small. I liked their staff.

I would advise avoiding this place at all costs. My grandmother was admitted to Marshall Manor for rehab. Shortly afterward we found out she had lung cancer that had moved into her bones also. They consistently served food that was horrible, and in some cases unidentifiable. She was bed bound and had to push the nurse call button for assistance to use the bathroom. Once it was an HOUR before anyone came to help her. Finally, when we were trying to coordinate transportation for her appointment at the cancer care center, they were absolutely unwilling to help until I enlisted the help of the ombudsmen and threatened to file a complaint with their corporate office. They went so far as to lie to the scheduler from the Cancer Care Center when she called herself to try to arrange transportation. They claimed my grandmother was "very mobile". She was totally bed bound. When the Dr and the Cancer Care Center saw my grandmother, he apologized profusely and said he had been misled about her condition. He had her admitted immediately to Shepherd's Cove (a hospice facility). I regret immensely that my grandmother had to spend two of her final weeks at this horrible facility.

I would rethink my decision to place my Mother in this nursing home. 5 months ago we took her there, she was walking, talking, feeding herself, and using the rest room on her own. Now she can't walk, can't feed herself, and we find her in bed with a sheet between her legs instead of a depend or diaper. She is like a zombie now since they changed all of her medicine. We have tried to contact the director of nursing but are ignored, told she is not in, she doesn't return our calls. Yes I would certainly rethink this decision!
