They have been here to help my husband. He has been diagnosed with frontal temporal lobe Alzheimer's. The only way I was able to keep him at home was with Home Helpers. I had other companies that I worked with, but they were not able to find a caregiver that could care for him because he was very active. They were able to continue to work with me and meet all my responsibilities because I have a child at home. I receive service as well, but I originally started because of my husband. It's primarily because of the caregivers that I've had. Particularly one of them has been absolutely fabulous.

The ones that I have had did what they are supposed to do. They can't provide any backup. If I need them here every day and someone's sick, they can't send substitutes.

The caregivers we had were definitely wonderful! The services they provided allowed my mother to continue to live in our home, which gave me peace of mind to know she was being taken care of while I was at work. The company was great! They are easy to work with and talk to, they had wonderful caregivers, and I just loved the staff in the office.

They have the ability to cover the times I need to be away. They have been pretty flexible in the times and dates that we need coverage. I do not have a consistent schedule but it is just whenever I need them and they have been flexible and have pretty much been able to cover it.

I would recommend Home Helpers because I like the nurse that comes to my mother's house. Having Home Helpers helps my mother considerably. She really needs the services and they take a load off of my dad.
