They try to be here when I need them to be. They should call me once in a while to ask how I'm doing, and they're not covering all of my hours.

Otherwise, I wouldn't be here. My caregivers have helped me the most in every way. I am bedridden and there are many things I cannot do. My caregivers come to my assistance all the time, no matter what it is I ask. I like that they make sure that I am covered and someone is here to help. That is very big. Since I am bedridden, I need that assurance. They are very efficient and very business-like in helping.

They could've had the same person show up on a regular basis. I would like their caregivers to be trained when they come in. It was my first experience with home care, and I did not want to have to keep changing caregivers.

It's made it much easier and most helpful. I would like them to have more coverage over an area, they only cover what is closer to them, so it's frustrating because I don't get substitute coverage if my regular caregiver is out.

They could've made my life easier by sending someone who was able to help my wife. They could've sent someone who was vaccinated to help my wife. They once sent someone who was sicker than my wife.
