We haven't had a full week of services since we started. They could send someone who keeps a schedule.

I'm able to have much better hygiene more often. They could mostly improve on the administrative side, they are a bit disorganized.

The lady has been very helpful with my mother. It allows me to go to meetings. I did have an issue with the first caregiver, but the one that comes now is outstanding.

It helps a lot, but there are some items that as a family we are looking for and expecting the caregivers to do, and as of right now we have not selected what is allowable or what we cannot expect them to do. Like for example the cleanup of personal body waste or an enema that happens sometimes. What can we expect for nutrition or meals. So we are sorting that out. I think we are still working though things like getting the quality care provider that is a good match. When we need to change the scheduling, they are very communicative, it just takes some time to settle into how the schedule is going to be. We try to limit those changes, but it can be protracted to get a solidified new schedule.

We've had probably 6 different workers, and they are not at all consistent. We are disappointed by the quality of work. The agency needs to have reliable workers.

My caregiver is starting to be more helpful, and I think it is helping me more. There are certain things that she will only do if I tell her. I think they should be more helpful with things. The young lady wasn't very helpful at first, but now she is getting better. For some reason, there were things that she wasn't doing.

It is a help to me. I don't have to get up and do the things I used to do. They could ask me more questions about my care.

I feel comfortable leaving home and do what I need to do, while having someone stay with my husband. If somebody is not going to come in, they usually call and let me know about the schedule change.

I like that they do what I need them to do because of my back. I like the aides but when I call customer service is not good.

We need more information about what the caregivers can do so we know what we can ask of them. They could stay off the phone and be more willing to help.

I need the services they provide. They send the RN out once a month to meet with me. They go out of their way to schedule someone who is compatible with the client.

They could give me someone that can help me. My current caregiver has been late a couple times. Sometimes an hour or more. The problem is keeping help. People that come don't want to do housework, they just want to be companions.

When people are supposed to come, they come. Our caretakers let us know ahead of time if they'll be off. The caretaker we got now has helped for longer than the rest.

Anything that I need they are very accommodating and my aide is wonderful. with this company over other companies I have only had one aide. Other companies they sent me a new one all the time. I really like that they sent me a good aide and they sent a great nurse. Overall they are very accommodating for me.
