We now have somebody coming into the house right now and they are from Jordan Health Services. This provider was doctor-referred. Jordan Health Services found a good match for us right away. The caregivers that we have are for my mom and my dad. We have only been with them for two weeks but we are very happy with them. They are very friendly and personable. They are not mechanical or rushing through with their jobs. They are really nice. They just went out of their way to care for my parents and I'm very happy with them.

Unreliable. Providers rarely show up. Always laye. Play on their phone. Do not lnow how to cook, clean, grocery shop or laundry skills. If the provider has a clear background check they're hired. When you need another provider because the original called in sick they have nobody to send. Horrible agency .
